Monthly Maintenance Announcement

In an ongoing effort to improve our products, Medem performs routine network maintenance and service upgrades at regular intervals throughout the year.

Service updates typically occur on the last Thursday of the month, although this schedule may change dependent upon business needs.

Medem services* will likely be unavailable during upgrades and maintenance, which are typically performed between 9:00PM (PST) - 3:00AM (PST).

We make every effort to minimize "down-time" during each maintenance period and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
